King Kong Bundy main evented WrestleMania II against Hulk Hogan and was a key member of some of wrestling’s most powerful factions. Bundy was a prominent member of the Bobby Heenan Family throughout the 1980s and was a contender for both the WWE Champion and tag team championship with partner Big John Studd. He feuded with top babyfaces such as Hogan, Andre the Giant, and The British Bulldogs.

Bundy was also a top star prior to joining WWE. He had headlining feuds against The Von Erich Family and Jerry the King Lawler among others during the early 1980s. He was also a member of General Skandar Akbar’s Devastation Inc. in World Class Championship Wrestling. Bundy returned to WWE in 1994 as a member of Ted Dibiase’s Million Dollar Corporation and feuded with The Undertaker which culminated in a featured match at WrestleMania XI.

Bundy was always in the main event picture everywhere he wrestled and will forever be known for demanding five counts on weaker opponents. He should also be known as a WWE Hall of Fame inductee.
