10 Wrestlers Other Wrestlers Were Scared Of

Just look at those eyes.

ECW's hardcore-happy brawler wasn't going to win any awards for 'Best Technical Wrestler' during his prime, but then that wasn't what New Jack was all about. He was there to give fans exactly what they wanted, and his weapons-laced stunt sequences played out like a live music video to the sounds of 'Natural Born Killaz'.

New Jack didn't shy away from violence, and his infamous part in the 'Mass Transit Incident' had the entire wrestling world debating right and wrong. When ex-bounty hunter Jack was around, people knew they were going to see blood, glamourised brutality and probably some balcony dives.

Paul Heyman said during a 2016 Q&A tour that he couldn't hope to manage New Jack's insatiable need for destruction. So, he let him be and typically accentuated his strengths. That, as the ex-ECW chief also explained, isn't to say that most wrestlers were thrilled when they found out they were taking a beating.
