10 Wrestlers Set To Make Their WrestleMania Debuts
8. Karl Anderson
Speaking of Balor's friends, Karl Anderson stands as good a chance as the current NXT champion does to make his WrestleMania debut this year, especially if rumors surrounding the emergence of the Balor Club are true. The former Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling Star was one of the hottest free agents in the sport until WWE scooped him up earlier this year. Now, with his first opportunity to make a name for himself in the biggest pro wrestling company in the world, Anderson could find himself catapulted to the top of the industry with a debut on the grandest stage imaginable. Along with Doc Gallows, who has already appeared at WrestleMania, Anderson will make up one of the most decorated and dangerous tag teams in WWE when he finally does debut. What better way to maximize the effect the former Bullet Club members have in their debut than introducing them to the WWE Universe on the enormous stage? That thought it likely going through the minds of WWE's top decision makers with rumors, via PWInsider.com (h/t Cageside Seats) suggesting Bullet Club could arrive sometime near WrestleMania. While most would point to the night after the big show, on a Raw typically devoted to introducing new faces and storylines, it would mean significantly more to the aura of Anderson and Gallows, potentially even Balor, if they were to interrupt the proceedings on wrestling's grandest night and announce to the world the the mood of sports entertainment is changing.
