10 Wrestlers That Are Too Good For The Spot They're Currently In
1. Ricochet
Ricochet was an open goal. He was the superstar who went up to the main roster and had the most promise. Yet WWE have buried him completely.
Ricochet lost in a squash match to Brock Lesnar at Super Showdown 2019 and since then he has been beaten by almost everyone on the roster. He lost to Riddick Moss! Ricochet lost to Riddick Moss... seriously?
The man is easily the most athletic superstar on all of WWE's roster and has proven that he can deliver amazing match after amazing match. Simply look at his performance in the Best of the Super Jrs tournament. He can pretty much defy gravity and WWE have not recognised this as star power. Instead they see him as small.
Ricochet is a key example of how in-ring work can outweigh promo ability. Ricochet is a ready-made star because of his moves and should be given the chance to spotlight this. All it takes is one moment like on NXT TV, when he flipped over the ropes and confronted The Velveteen Dream. It is a simple as that.
Ricochet is not a lost cause, but he is a talent that needs some drastic rebuilding in order to get him over like he was in 2018.
