10 Wrestlers That Could Be Kurt Angle's Mystery Feud

4. Booker T

Booker T and Kurt Angle have had a complex relationship since the day the '5 Time WCW Champion' strode into WWE. Angle joined Steve Austin in annihilating Booker and opponent Buff Bagwell following their woeful Monday Night Raw main event in July 2001, and later took his WCW Title, but their 2005 feud became one of the most distastefully dark programmes in company history.

A conflict developed between them after Booker cost Angle a WWE Title shot but things turned nasty pronto when Kurt called Booker's wife Sharmell a 'gutter slut'. He later grimly admitted that 'gutter sluts' were his vice, leading to him stalking Sharmell after proudly claiming to want 'bestiality sex' and 'perverted, animal sex' with her. He threatened to rape her before and after their eventual match. It was gross.

Fortunately, their time shared in TNA seemed to heal old wounds. Founder members of the Main Event Mafia, the three found common ground hammering lower card talents in the Impact Zone and all seemed well with the temporary Monday Night Raw announcers when Angle took over.

As a decorated former champion and fellow Hall of Famer, it's perhaps just not in Booker's wheelhouse to involve himself physically anymore. That's not to say a current titleholder within the WWE system hasn't also got a storied past with the Olympic Gold Medallist...
