10 Wrestlers That Fell Off HARD
8. Mr. Kennedy
When looking back on the history of WWE, you're going to see a lot of people who came close to grabbing the brass ring, only for it to slip out of their hands. Mr. Kennedy (Ken Anderson) is one such wrestler.
Mrrrrrrr... Kennedy came into WWE with a hell of a lot of steam behind him. He had tremendous mic skills and the ability to put on good in-ring performances to boot. The man was ready to become a mainstay in the company, even winning the Money in the Bank briefcase.
However, it all came tumbling down after he was forced to vacate the briefcase due to injury. Unfortunately, after dropping it to Edge, it was revealed that his injury was misdiagnosed and not as severe as first thought, meaning he could have kept it.
From there, his career was as stop-and-start as a broken-down car. Any momentum he built would end up being squashed by varying issues - the most infamous example of which was when he accidentally injured Randy Orton in 2009, which led to the company firing him.
His post-WWE career didn't fare much better, as he broke into TNA with some hype and even captured the World Championship twice, but was soon relegated to the midcard. He joined the NWA after leaving Impact and flopped there, too.
