10 Wrestlers That Rocked Multiple Gimmicks At Once

4. JBL

Bradshaw JBL

After his brief (Stan Hansen-style) cowboy run as a singles star on Raw didn't work in 2002, WWE put Bradshaw back with Ron Simmons as the APA. Their tried-and-tested mercenaries for hire gimmick rolled on until Simmons' retirement two years later. Post-APA, some reasoned Bradshaw would try again as a cowbell-swinging brawler.

Not quite. He turned into the best parts of Ted DiBiase's 'Million Dollar Man' and J.R Ewing from TV staple Dallas instead, and shot up the ladder to capture his first World Title and become SmackDown's lead heel. It was a stunning transformation, one few could have predicted. As rich businessman JBL, Bradshaw had a new lease of life.

Reimagined without the beer-drinking, card-playing, cigar-smoking, ass-kicking qualities of before, JBL became dynamite foil for Eddie Guerrero's impassioned babyface run and finally had a successful singles stint to boast about.
