Earlier this year, a motivated Rhea Ripley stormed out in front of a big live crowd and challenged Charlotte Flair to step up and take her NXT Women's Title at WrestleMania 36. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened, and there wasn't even a live audience there to see her humbling.

Since then, Rhea has floundered around the NXT scene looking every bit like a wounded warrior who has nonetheless outgrown her surroundings. She's practically begging for a change of scenery. This is a woman who, if WWE play their cards right, could be the next top female for a good decade to come.

Instead of plotting her course towards division dominance, she's spinning her wheels.

Recent interactions with Robert Stone's faction have failed to satisfy, and there's this overwhelming sense of stagnation surrounding Ripley. She could really do with a jump to Raw or SmackDown and some proper focus to get her back on track.
