Bayley, formerly the most over champion in WWE during her NXT run, was made to look like a naive no-hoper against Alexa. Losing time and time again, Bayley's reputation was left in tatters and caused fan interest in her to nosedive. After WWE effectively destroyed her chances of success as a good guy, Bayley deserves a lot of credit for embracing the dark side to save her flagging career. Smug, manipulative, far too into herself and lacking in any redeeming qualities as a human being, Bayley ticks all the right boxes as a heel.

Bayley's current "Role Model" nickname may be ironic in kayfabe, but the talent and determination she has displayed in saving her dying career make her a genuine role model for struggling wrestlers everywhere.
