10 Wrestlers We’d Love To See In The NWA

9. The Brian Kendrick

The career of The Brian Kendrick has been full of rises, falls, then more rises, then more falls. It's almost surprising that Thorpe Park hasn't turned him into an attraction. While he's always been talented and unique, he's had some trouble gaining the traction he needed. Still, he has always been respected by his fans and peers.

After some time floating around between WWE and the independent circuit, he finally gained acclaim alongside Paul London in a phenomenal tag team, even holding the WWE Tag Team Championship for 331 days, a record-breaking reign at the time.

When it came to his singles run, he didn't gain as much success, but The Brian Kendrick character was unique, and fans rallied behind his new heelish persona - up until he was released from the company. After some time on the indies, he finally came home to WWE, where he now works as a backstage producer and semi-retired wrestler.

Although he looks pretty comfortable in this position, there's no doubt he'd light NWA on fire, as his loud personality would be multiplied ten times over in the more reserved promotion, sticking out like a sore thumb in the best way possible. It's something fans would love to see, and although it's implausible, it would no doubt draw some major attention.
