Good ol J-E-Double F, J-A-Double R, E-Double T may have been a six-time WWE Intercontinental champion, and one of the few men to hold both the IC and European titles at the same time, but there's one man who will never recognise the greatness of JJ, and that's the Honky Tonk Man. Jarrett had his biggest success in the WWF during the late 90s with a heel country-music star gimmick.

He was arrogant, swaggered and would often hit people over the head with the guitar he brought to the ring. The Honky Tonk Man had his biggest success in the WWF during the late 80s a heel rock n roll-star gimmick. He was arrogant, swaggered and would often hit people over the head with the guitar he brought to the ring.

What was the difference? Well, Jarrett had Debra with him, and she had very large boobies. Instant success. What must have burnt Honky Tonk even more was that when Jarrett debuted, he was managed by Tennessee Lee, the same man who helped Honky Tank Man early in his career. He even attributes Lee as giving him the guitar-weapon idea.

Honky describes it as a "lack of professionalism", but there's no doubt that, as international wrestling mainstay and founder of TNA and Global Force Wrestling, Jarrett has achieved great success in the world of wrestling. How much of that he owes to The Honky Tonk Man, well, that's up to you.
