Finding footage of the move that ended Darren Drozdov's career isn't easy, but that should come as a small mercy considering what happened to the man. Working against D'Lo Brown, Droz suffered a severe neck injury after bumping for D'Lo's running Powerbomb. The match (taped for the 7 October 1999 episode of SmackDown) was never shown.

Instantly fracturing two discs in his neck, Drozdov also lost sensation in his limbs and would eventually be consigned to a wheelchair. Not only was this the end of his career, but it could have been the end of his life too; in recent years, Droz has regained feeling in his arms and upper body, but he may never walk again.

D'Lo was said to be distraught by what had happened, but Mick Foley wrote in one of his books how Droz reportedly told Brown the injury was a complete accident and that he doesn't hold any ill will. Considering the bump was almost fatal, that's admirable.
