He thinks he's cute, he thinks he's sexy - walks in the office, holding clumps of hair.

That's what Shawn Michaels did following a vicious backstage altercation with old rival Bret Hart in June 1997. The duo came to blows shortly before flagship show Raw went live, and that left Vince McMahon scrambling to rewrite the show last-minute.

Bruce Prichard told his side of the story via his podcast, and remembers seeing an emotional HBK burst into the office holding handfuls of his own hair. That, according to Shawn, had been ripped from his scalp by Hart during a fiery backstage exchange down the hallway.

This, of course, eventually led to the infamous 'Montreal Screwjob' that wrestling hasn't been able to stop talking about since November '97. Before things reached that point, Bret and Shawn were having a hockey-style fight in the locker rooms.

Michaels came out on the losing end of things that night.
