Stu Hart is responsible for several of wrestling's greats, either through training them or just straight-up making them.

The patriarch of the Hart dynasty is credited with the training of The British Bulldog, Roddy Piper, and Chris Jericho to name but a few and is the father of two of the greatest of all time in Bret and Owen.

Stu was an accomplished grappler in his own right back in the day, but is perhaps best known for running and promoting the famous Stampede Wrestling territory in Alberta, Canada.

It was here that Stu would have his final match.

On 25 July 1986, Stu teamed with one of his 800 children, Keith, to do battle with JR Foley (no relation to Mick Foley or Jim Ross, as far as we're aware) and Honky Tonk Wayne who, rather unsurprisingly, was the future Honky Tonk Man.

Stu was a whopping 71 years and 83 days old when this match took place; the exact same age as fellow legend Ivan Koloff was when he had his last match.
