10 Wrestlers Who Competed In Matches In Their 70s And Beyond

3. The Fabulous Moolah (81)

The Fabulous Moolah is somebody who most wrestling fans will only have seen as an old lady.

A staple of the Attitude Era, Moolah made regular appearances on WWF TV alongside one of her friends (more on her later).

Moolah even won a championship during this part of her career. At the No Mercy pay-per-view in 1999, Moolah defeated Ivory to recapture the WWF Women's Championship after a 13 year gap.

This wasn't the final time that Moolah would step into a WWE ring, though.

She had a match on the 15 September 2003 edition of Raw, where she defeated Victoria. After this match, she took an RKO from Randy Orton at the grand old age of 80.

The following year, Moolah would wrestle her final match on an episode of SmackDown, beating Dawn Marie and Torrie Wilson in a tag team match.

This makes Moolah one of a handful of wrestlers to have performed in their eighties, clocking up a remarkable 81 years and 61 days at the time of her final bout.

Moolah's reputation isn't what it used to be and she has (quite rightfully) come under scrutiny in recent years, but there's no denying that her longevity in wrestling is something worth celebrating.
