2. Bill Goldberg

Quick, someone do a late-1990s Vince McMahon big gulp!

Would Tony Khan really hit the 'press here for emergency Bill Goldberg' button? AEW's hardcore fans would almost certainly turn their noses up at it, and there'd be those wondering aloud just how the hell Goldberg was going to work matches worthy of All Elite pay-per-view.

Billy big b*llocks squashing Kenny Omega, Bryan Danielson, MJF and others on PPV doesn't exactly sound like a smart use of resources. You're probably right to read that, shake your head and mumble, 'Tony wouldn't do such a thing'. He probs wouldn't, but there's a simple message running throughout many of these entries: THIS IS PRO WRESTLING.

Khan has publicly admired Goldberg before, and the rumours did exist a while back. In fact, some critics thought Bill would rampage (ahem) onto the AEW scene for a bout or two following his last WWE departure.

Is All Elite Wrestling going to be next, and will Goldberg play a role in Sting's retirement run?
