10 Wrestlers Who Could Be In Edge's New WWE Stable
1. Rhea Ripley
In three WrestleManias, Rhea Ripley has gone from show stealing match with Charlotte Flair to beating Asuka for the Raw women’s title to making up part of an enjoyable but forgettable four way tag match at this year’s event. The statuesque Australian feels like a can’t miss proposition - and yet, WWE seem intent on missing.
There could be something more exciting around the corner, as Ripley’s thrown together partnership with Liv Morgan looks set to implode about as soon as it was set up. What’s next for Rhea? In a just world, a title chase, but she’s already worked several matches with both brands’ belt holders.
Edge’s stable could be just what the doctor ordered for Ripley, who, aside from anything else, needs her edge back. Palling around with Nikki A.S.H was a strange move, and while she’s more aesthetically compatible with Morgan, it still dilutes her aura.
Ripley’s brand is brutality, and there can be no better place to rediscover this than in this unholy new alliance. Combining male and female stars gives the stable the option to be truly dominant, and Ripley absolutely deserves to be part of that.
