10 Wrestlers Who DESPERATELY Need Something New In 2026
1. Apollo Crews
The clock has been ticking on figuring out what to do with Apollo Crews for years at this point and might very well be a few seconds to midnight.
Despite having the look and all the in-ring skills necessary to be a huge star, he's always been stuck in two camps: midcard champion that doesn't quite click, or a forgotten about reliable enhancement guy.
Admittedly, if he called it a career today, he could hold his head high for having some more success than most people with those title reigns. But considering how much more potential he's had wasted, he could have been more.
With him spending the entirety of 2025 injured, only stepping back in the ring for a match at AAA around Thanksgiving, and having a fruitless feud with Santos Escobar and tag team with Baron Corbin in 2024, it's time for a fresh start. Crews would be a perfect person to lend to TNA to be a bigger fish in a smaller pond and see what creative juices flow while under different management.
If not, maybe try the tag team route and put him with Tyriek Igwe and Tyson DuPont as their new mentor since losing Wes Lee?
