10 Wrestlers Who Disappeared When TNA Became IMPACT

3. Mr. Anderson

It's a bit of a surprise that Anthem didn't fancy giving Ken Anderson another crack when they took over and reshaped TNA into Impact Wrestling. The former Mr. Kennedy in WWE had been a top star for the promotion, and was even a two-time World Champion.

What's more, Kenny boy could always be relied upon to a cut a good promo.

He's practically vanished from people's minds in 2022. Anderson was fired by TNA in March 2016 for reportedly failing a drug test, and he's barely been spotted in a major company since. He did work a match for ROH in 2017, and has done some stuff for the NWA, but nothing all that high-profile.

Honestly, would anybody have been shocked had Impact drafted Ken back in as a stalwart star near the top of cards in early-2017? That seemed like the sort of role tailor-made for his star power and skill set, but it didn't happen.
