10 Wrestlers Who Got Hit With A Car (And WHO DID IT!)

3. The Rock (By Hulk Hogan)

An all-time great WrestleMania clash was built, with mendacious simplicity, by an all-time great promo battle.

One night removed from Hulk Hogan's 2002 return to WWE, 'Hollywood' went nose-to-nose with the man that had taken his place as pro wrestling and the silver screen's most bankable entity. As a typically molten Chicago crowd looked on, The Rock and 'The Hulkster' set the table for a 'Show Of Shows' classic in a dramatic and memorable war of words.

And then, WWE Sports Entertainmented the absolute f*ck out of it in one of the single biggest and most absurd escalations in company history.

Taking revenge for a deal-sealing Rock Bottom, Hogan first battered Rock with a g*ddamn hammer to the back of the head. Then, when 'The Great One' was loaded into an ambulance, Hulk appeared from nowhere (!) driving an 18-wheeler. Risking his own life just to try and end Rock's, he ploughed a truck into the ambulance with The Rock inside. Multiple times.
