10 Wrestlers Who Got Hit With A Car (And WHO DID IT!)

2. Elias (By Sheamus)

...we assume.

WWE has yet to go to the trouble of explicitly paying off precisely who it was that mowed down Elias shortly before a 2020 SmackDown sabbatical, but with Jeff Hardy forced to clear himself (twice) in idiotic circumstances and Ronald McDonald still not yet part of the roster, the assumptions about the red-haired assailant are surely correct.

As the most recent attack in this list, it's it's also the most quintessentially WWE in further exploration.

A hit-and-run that took place off camera resulted in Elias being hospitalised for months and a feud play out with Jeff Hardy battling to clear his name against pr*ck heel Sheamus. He did that, but Elias couldn't be a*sed to watch while laid up or ask literally anyone before he returned to take it out on the charismatic enigma too.

This is all bad enough before remembering that Jeff's very real battles with booze and drugs were brought into the conversation via both heels before he batted them back.

You'd think he'd just keep away from cars for good. Especially after what happened a decade earlier...
