10 Wrestlers Who Hated Working For WCW
3. Paul Heyman
Paul E Dangerously always looked like the sort of character that would scream and shout his way through cinematic court cases - the 'Psycho Yuppie' was a look and attitude he had down in the early-1990s.
Sadly man behind the gimmick Paul Heyman and WCW, reality and fiction were intertwined.
The true and full extent of the legal settlement that was agreed upon between Paul Heyman and World Championship Wrestling have never formally been revealed due to the terms of the lawsuit, but there are lots of ugly tidbits out there about what caused it. Heyman was on guaranteed contract the company wanted halved or gone outright, but remarks allegedly made by Bill Watts only furthered a hefty wrongful termination suit he filed in 1993.
Whilst much of that has remained shielded from public record, Heyman had no cause to be so polite on bis new television vehicle. His on-screen rage about his former employers apparently mirrored just how cutting he was about the company when the two sides parted ways.
