10 Wrestlers Who Have SERIOUSLY Regressed In The Ring
4. Jeff Hardy
This list already has one of the Hardy Boyz in it. Unfortunately, it's time to take a look at the other, as both of them are clearly showing signs that their time at the top of the wrestling world has finally dissipated. Unlike his older brother, Jeff's in-ring work has taken a larger tumble, as he used to be considered one of the most exciting and creative in-ring performers of his time. Now, not so much.
The multiple-time World Champion's return to WWE alongside his brother in 2017 came with the promise that we might finally see the Charismatic Enigma make it to the top of the card and stay there. But that hasn't been the case, as he's mostly tottered around in the midcard.
Nowadays, you don't see a huge spotlight on the colourful star, as he's mostly a multi-match competitor and any feuds he does see are lacklustre - looking at you, Elias. When it comes to his work inside the ring, it's clear that his time performing death-defying stunts might have been what made him so exciting, as his move-set isn't all too strong, and he moves at a much slower pace now.
At the age of forty-three, it makes sense that he isn't the high-flying superstar he used to be. But that has made his matches feel like a pale comparison to his past.
