10 Wrestlers Who Have Suddenly Vanished

3. The Revival

A simple one, this, as Dave Meltzer used a recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radio to reveal that The Revival have disappeared from view because they have rejected multiple contract offers from the promotion since infamously requesting their releases while still clad in their ring attire back in January 2019.

Nobody should be surprised by this. If you follow wrestling media in any capacity, you understand The Revival's situation. It's been a long, long time since Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson have been happy in WWE, and even longer since they were booked like 'Top Guys,' meaning their pro-wrestling future almost certainly lies outside the world's biggest promotion.

While it initially looked like WWE was trying to diminish The Revival via losing streak gimmick on their way out, it's now highly unlikely that we'll ever see them on SmackDown again. They'll probably depart the company on a staggered schedule. Both men once signed contracts set to expired in April 2020: that's when Dawson will be out the door, though Dash will have to wait until June or July thanks to time added on following an injury.
