10 Wrestlers Who Just Don't Care Anymore

8. Luke Harper

2019 has told us that Luke Harper cares deeply about his professional wrestling career, but not about being a WWE Superstar.

The big unit publicly requested his release in April. He'd been sidelined by the company despite returning from injury over WrestleMania 35 weekend, with reports that Vince McMahon loathed Harper for his inability to do a southern accent (and a failed match with EC3 before an episode of SmackDown) emerging soon after. Luke was then banished from the WWE schedule as the company extended his expiring contract for the aforementioned injury, before making a surprising return at Clash of Champions, re-aligning with Erick Rowan in the Roman Reigns/Daniel Bryan programme.

But the company and wrestler haven't mended fences, and Harper hasn't signed a new deal. Meanwhile, the former Bludgeon Brother has been in full-on DGAF mode on social media, complaining about his lack of merch in WWE's webstore, accusing his employers of stealing a friend's t-shirt design, and now claiming that the promotion threatened to fire him for having the phrase "DMs are wide f*cking open" in his Twitter bio.

He's just winding down the clock at this point.
