10 Wrestlers Who Look Better Now Than In Their Primes
2. The Big Show
Longtime fans of wrestling have seen "The Big Show" Paul Wight's entire adult life play out on television. When the world's largest athlete debuted in 1995, he was only 23 years old and - in addition to seven feet of height - he boasted a barrel chest, pronounced lats, and uncanny athletic ability.
He joined WWE in 1999, but just a couple of years into his tenure, something shifted - whether it was his metabolism or his workout process. Show put on a lot of weight, often wrestling in jeans and a top which did little to hide his newfound gut. His athletic ability sharply decreased, as did the overall quality of his ring work.
In the 2010s, Show dropped a bit of girth and seemed to find a happy medium at a billed weight of 441 pounds - he was moving better than he had in years. After a 2016 announcement that he'd be taking on Shaquille O'Neal at WrestleMania 33, though, the star really hit the gym. Before long, he was below 400 pounds and sending out pictures showing off abs and a ripped chest and arms. The Shaq match may be off, but Show's new look is still here.
