As sure as Charlotte defeats Sasha Banks on pay-per-view, The Boss returns the favour on Monday Night Raw. The latest Raw Women’s Title match in their ongoing feud took place in Charlotte’s hometown of, ahem, Charlotte, NC just two weeks ago, and while Hell In A Cell fell short of expectations, this Falls Count Anywhere match certainly didn’t.

Charlotte and Sasha fought all over the arena in a wild, unhinged main event, with Sasha eventually wrapping Charlotte around a handrail with a modified Banks Statement. Charlotte struggled, but the move was just too much for her to handle, and she was forced to tap-out in front of her home audience.

As if that wasn’t enough, however, Ric Flair soon appeared to rub salt into the wound. Having been relieved of his services as Charlotte’s manager a few months prior, Ric took to the ring to celebrate with Sasha Banks, rubber-stamping one of the worst nights of his daughter’s career. Much like the Nature Boy often struggled to win in his hometown, it looks like Charlotte is headed down a similar path, particularly if her hometown bookings involve wrestling Sasha on a Monday night...
