10 Wrestlers Who No-Showed

5. Scott Hall

Event: TNA Turning Point 2007.

What Happened: The official reason given for Scott Hall's no-show at TNA's Turning Point 2007 pay-per-view was food poisoning. When the legend failed to surface hours before the event started, management rushed to replace him in the headline six-man tag with Eric Young - that move didn't satisfy one Samoa Joe.

Come match time, he cut a scathing shoot promo on Hall that both ran long and irked Scott's buddy Kevin Nash. At one point, a fired-up Joe even told the company they could sack him for speaking his mind because he didn't care. Meanwhile, Nash seethed in the corner of the ring.

Young did eventually come out to break the tense situation up, but the damage was done. Backstage, Nash confronted Joe about his comments, and the Samoan later apologised to the TNA locker room for overstepping his mark.

There's some very grainy footage of Joe's cutting promo here.
