10 Wrestlers Who Peaked In 2019

8. Tim Storm

Is there a better, more believable babyface in pro wrestling today than Tim Storm? No, of course there isn't.

With the NWA currently in the midst of a resurgence and putting out an all-kinds-of-fun weekly product in the form of NWA Powerrr, it's given a chance for new eyes to catch a glimpse at some wrestlers who may have previously slipped under the radar. And one prime example of that is Perfect Storm.

His time as NWA Worlds' Champion was obviously the career highlight for Tim Storm, yet even during those days he wasn't at the level he is today in terms of popularity and presence. At 54 years of age, and with recent NWA programming meaning Storm can never again challenge for the NWA World Championship currently held by Nick Aldis, it's hard to argue that 2019 won't ultimately be viewed as the peak of the Texas native's career.

We can all only hope that Tim Storm carries on wrestling for years to come, and that he continues to be the perfect shining example of what a babyface should be, but 2019 could well be the highest mountain top that Storm gets to.
