10 Wrestlers Who Returned Under A Mask

7. Demolition Smash

As a member of Demoltion, Barry Darsow - better known as Smash - was a three-time World Tag Team Champion. One of these reigns lasted a whopping 478 days, which was the longest tag team title reign in WWE history before The New Day snapped this record in 2016.

Following the dissolution of Demolition, Darsow returned in 1991 as The Repo Man, who was, if you couldn't already tell, a Repo Man.

Darsow's new heel character, who wore a simple black mask over his eyes instead of his Demolition face paint, had a habit of repossessing his opponent's property. Repo Man would get into various high-profile feuds, including against Virgil over his Million Dollar Championship and Macho Man Randy Savage over his hat. Seriously.

Repo Man would stick around for around a year and a half, appearing in two Royal Rumble matches and taking on former Demolition partner, Crush, at SummerSlam 1992.

Darsow left the company in 1993 and continues to wrestle under his old Demolition persona to this very day. Repo Man made one final appearance at WrestleMania X-7 in the Gimmick Battle Royal, but this wacky character remains a mere footnote in the career of one of the greatest tag team wrestlers of all time.
