10 Wrestlers Who Suffered Heat From The Undertaker

The Undertaker has been a WWE employee since 1990, 30 long years, so it would be all sorts of weird if he hadn't had a falling out or two with Vince McMahon. The intimate relationship between the two was heavily documented on the recent The Last Ride WWE Network special, with 'Taker stating his deep love and respect for his boss on a host of occasions. With great love comes, erm, great heat.

The Montreal Screwjob was an industry-defining moment, a make or break decision that showed Vince McMahon's ruthless side to the whole world. It rightly angered the majority of the locker room, many of whom were on the verge of leaving as a result. Being the dictionary definition of 'locker room leader', Undertaker was understandably at the front of the angry queue. The angry queue is not a thing, but there we go.

In the immediate aftermath of the mess, Undertaker supposedly stormed to McMahon's office and told his boss to apologise to Hart. That cliche about shutting the door after the horse has bolted seems apt, but the point stands. 'Taker and Vince had a frosty relationship for months afterwards, although show me a 30-year partnership that is free of tension and I'll show you a fraud.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
