10 Wrestlers Who Suffered Heat From The Undertaker

1. Shawn Michaels

Shawn Michaels may be one of the best to ever lace up a pair of boots, but the early days of HBK's main event career are almost always accompanied by the words 'unbearable prick'. Michaels himself has admitted that he was pretty impossible in those early years, a man on top of the world with the freedom to do as he pleased and all the talent to get away with it. HBK didn't ruffle feathers; he plucked them off and spat on the skin.

The stories of heat between HBK and The Undertaker aren't new, they aren't secret, they aren't hidden. 'Taker has gone on record as saying that he wouldn't have urinated on Michaels if he found him on fire, a strangely popular analogy in the world of the professional distrust. The famous story about 'Taker taping his fists Jim Duggan-style and threatening to beat the tar out of HBK if he didn't do the job to Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania XIV may or may not be true, but it isn't a stretch to assume it is.

You'd be hard pushed to find two more opposite personalities than The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels in the mid to late '90s. The two created some genuine magic in the ring, but it took the maturity of time and age for them to find decent terms behind the scenes.

Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man.
