Few loved this tripe though.

Cinematic matches became the darling of wrestling's 'COVID' era (that better not catch on - 'Attitude' it ain't) in 2020. Locked behind closed doors, WWE and AEW began simultaneously tag-teaming cinema with a range of atrociously bad-to-stunningly good pre-tapes that quickly lost their uniqueness.

One of the worst was this 'Wyatt Swamp Fight' from Extreme Rules. Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman ambled around a Goosebumps set offering little worth seeing, then Braun drowned his old pal. Later, Wyatt emerged from the depths, hauled Strowman under and...Braun returned less than a month later with a shaved head.

Some watery barber had stolen his locks, and that was it; WWE alleged that Strowman had stayed underwater for almost an entire month, and all he had to show for it was a haircut. Did they mix some Veet into that water to make it look more swamp-like, or was this another impossible escape for one of the wrasslin' fraternity?
