10 Wrestlers Who Were ARRESTED In The Middle Of Major Storylines

The wrestling world was abuzz when AEW announced that they would not only be resurrecting the All In name, but hosting the show in London's iconic Wembley Stadium. This was going to be the promotion's biggest show to date, so they started stacking the card with big matches.

One of the advertised battles was tag team champions FTR defending their belts against storied rivals The Young Bucks. The two teams had been responsible for some of the finest tag matches in AEW history and the chance to watch them go at it once again under the Wembley lights was one hell of a prospect.

And then Cash Wheeler allegedly pulled a gun on someone.

On August 18th, nine days before All In, one half of FTR (real name Daniel Wheeler) handed himself in after an arrest warrant was issued. The charge was aggravated assault with a firearm, which could have landed Wheeler in jail for five years if he'd been convicted.

Luckily for AEW, Wheeler was bailed out and able to perform in the UK. The charges against him were dropped in May 2024.
