10 Wrestlers Who Were Out Of This World

4. Hornswoggle

From: The End Of The Rainbow Lucky Charms. That's the inspiration for Hornswoggle's hometown because he was the leprechaun character when he started in WWE. Yeah that's right, the famous cereal also is the home of WWE's smallest performer. That WWE creative team is so creative huh? It could be argued that Hornswoggle is one of the worst long term characters in the history of WWE. That doesn't mean he's a bad performer. It just means that character has done a lot of stupid stuff in his history as well as being an escape joke character for Vince McMahon's son storyline as well as the anonymous Raw GM angle and the fact that he started with WWE in 2006 shows that even a ridiculous gimmick can have a long career. He signed when he was 20 and could be there into his 30s if he wants. Since WWE is a kid friendly show, they're probably always going to have a spot for a character like Hornswoggle because it's an easy sell to the kids. He's barely on TV these days, but he's still employed. Plus, Vince McMahon has always had a fondness for little people as performers. Saying that a guy is from "The End of the Rainbow" shouldn't make anybody upset because he's a joke character and always will be. It's just the silliness of the wrestling business.
