10 Wrestlers Who Were Wrongly Judged On ONE Match

7. Trish Stratus Is Just Another Diva

This one came more from fans than anyone inside the biz.

Trish Stratus and Bradshaw vs. Jackie Gayda and Chris Nowinski will forever go down as one of the worst matches in Raw history. The 8 July 2002 dud was painful to watch and more-than-a-little embarrassing for Trish. She was keen to earn her keep as a proper pro, but this fiasco did nothing for her.

Comments online cruelly dismissed Stratus. Forums filled up with criticism towards WWE's bid to push Trish too - WWE's revisionist history conveniently leaves that part out when discussing some 'Stratusfaction' nowadays.

The positive slant on this is that embarrassment only made Status more determined. She went on to have a critically-acclaimed feud with Victoria (their Survivor Series 2002 bout was revolutionary for women in the company) and became one of the most celebrated females the industry has ever seen.

Fans shouldn't have been so quick to judge.
