10 Wrestlers Who Will Benefit From Triple H Running WWE Creative

“Vince McMahon is a millionaire who should be a billionaire.” CM Punk’s famous quote neatly sums up the contradictions at the heart of a man who has made money hand over fist for decades whilst seemingly leaving even more of it on the table through some truly inexplicable business decisions.

What better example of this could there be than Sasha Banks? The woman is a star, a world-beating talent and despite rarely being booked with the consistency her talent deserves she has a massive, devoted following. Even people outside the industry have noticed her star quality, which is why Disney cast her in their massive hit show The Mandalorian.

For whatever reason Vince McMahon never fully embraced her megastar potential, in fact not once but twice her evident frustration has driven her to walk away from the company. As with others on this list, things were different back in NXT.

Sure, the stage was smaller but she was never forced into rubbish therapy segments or teased lesbian angles with Bayley. Nor were they forced to drop titles to lower card comedy acts. Instead, the pair wrestled acclaimed matches backed up by logical, classical pro wrestling storytelling.

Rumours abound that “The Boss” is already gone for good but nothing has been publicly confirmed by the star or the company. Surely a phone call from the guy who booked her glorious NXT success story is the best possible chance of convincing her to stay?
