10 Wrestlers Who Will Leave WWE In 2024

3. Sheamus

Eyebrows were raised when a ticked off Sheamus battered WWE creative around the lugs over the summer months. The robust Irishman doesn't think writers did enough to capitalise on the buzz surrounding him following bruising battles vs. GUNTHER - that was a clear source of frustration for the cherished vet.

It's also worth noting that Adam Copeland handpicked Sheamus for his final WWE match as Edge before bowing out. The pair are great friends away from the ring, so might 'Sheamey' be tempted to link back up with his bro and enjoy more biking trips when they're not working AEW TV/pay-per-views together?

Don't rule it out.

That aforementioned public display of annoyance and the fact Sheamus' WWE deal ticks down in 2024 means anything could happen. There's always talk about company "lifers", but pro wrestlers can't be blamed for looking after themselves and seeking personal satisfaction too.

Sheamus' words to the press suggest loyalty goes both ways.
