10 Wrestlers Who Will Never Hold The World Title Again
4. Jeff Hardy
Jeff Hardy was arguably WWE's most popular wrestler when he departed the company - as a three-time world champion - for the greener pastures of TNA at the tail-end of 2009.
Alongside brother Matt, he returned this year to a hero's welcome, but for all the fanfare you get the impression that reclaiming his position at the top of the show is something of a long-shot.
For one thing, he is very much a tag team wrestler at the moment, and although you can't rule out another split down the road (wrestling siblings not exactly being known for their ability to get along) it's his partner - backed by the "Broken" momentum - who would be far more likely to emerge as a contender for the main event.
