10 Wrestlers Who Will Succeed In Tony Khan's ROH
2. Willow Nightingale
Willow Nightingale may not have left Dallas with the Interim ROH Woman’s World Championship, but the rising star proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that she has a heart the size of Texas and is someone worth watching.
Overcoming a severe neck injury early in her career, the New York native has been consistently accruing experience and mainstream exposure, wrestling all throughout the independent circuit in promotions such as MLW, RISE Wrestling and SHIMMER, as well as on the national level, performing regularly on AEW Dark and Elevation against opponents such as Thunder Rosa, Anna Jay, Tay Conti, and Layla Hersch.
Nightingale most recently competed in the Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament on AEW Rampage in a losing effort against Red Velvet, though she won the fans over clean.
While her match against Mercedes Martinez at Supercard of Honor is her highest profile outing to date, that will not be the case for long. With her remarkable versatility between the ropes and her penchant for storytelling, there is no doubt that Willow Nightingale is bound for greatness, as well as championship gold.
