10 Wrestlers Who Will Suffer The Most In WWE NXT's New Era
1. Karrion Kross
If there's anything we've learned in the past few weeks of Raw, it's that Kross is going to drown on the main roster.
Seeing him jump onto Raw seemed like a great chance to show off this strong champion and keep NXT feeling like a threat. But then he lost to Jeff Hardy, then Keith Lee, shattering his mystique and gaining his first pinfall loss in the company. It was a massive facepalm moment and made Kross' main roster reputation dead upon arrival.
As the current champion of the brand, there is a huge target on his back, and the company's desire to shift their attention towards younger stars seems like a death sentence for Kross. It probably won't be long before he has the belt taken from him and put on someone more typical for WWE's branding, leaving him high and dry.
His size, energy and in-ring skills would make him a promising upstart if he were a decade or so younger, but as it stands, his time with the brand may be on its last legs.
