10 Wrestlers WWE Has Wasted Since Last Year's WrestleMania

6. Luke Harper

You could be forgiven for believing Luke Harper was being prepared for a long singles run following WrestleMania 31 on the back of a strong finish to 2014. To have Harper, one of the very few athletic big men in the company, resigned to being one of Bray Wyatt's family members once again is a significant waste, especially considering The Wyatt Family could have lived on with just Wyatt, Rowan and Braun Strowman. Possessing size, strength and technical ability, Harper is one of the very few big men that smart marks are willing to buy into. There aren't a whole lot of 6'4", 275-pound performers with the ability to get over with that very picky demographic going around, so surely Vince McMahon, who has a creepy fetish for large athletes, was going to provide Harper with an extended opportunity at a singles career. Having won the Intercontinental Championship in 2014, Luke Harper had worked through the near-impossible task of breaking away from a stable as a minor character and churned out some singles success. However, with little creative thinking being used to map out Harper's career path, he was reunited with Bray Wyatt just four months after WrestleMania.

Overly-opinionated Australian WWE smark who is definitely not #booty. Slowly angering the IWC one article at a time. We will probably strongly dislike each other - let's be friends! @MattKMarsden
