10 Wrestlers WWE Need To Do More With In 2021
WWE

At this point, this is beyond wishful thinking. The list of things that will happen before WWE gets behind Ricochet is long and varied, containing such potentials as pigs flying, hell freezing over, cows coming home and CM Punk returning. It isn't happening. There's more chance of Ricochet winning the IWGP Heavyweight and AEW World Championships in 2021 than there is of him gaining any kind of meaningful success in WWE.

That doesn't stop the dreaming, the hoping, the wishing. What the flying f*ck is WWE thinking when it comes to their treatment of Ricochet? We're talking about one of the world's best pro wrestlers here, a man who has redefined body control and makes the impossible seem simple. In a video game world, he is a video game come to life. Why oh why is he such a loser in the WWE Universe?

There's still time for WWE to open its damn eyes and turn Ricochet around. That doesn't need to mean world championships. It just needs to mean 'not getting squashed by The Hurt Business on a weekly basis'. If WWE does nothing with him in 2021, the only explanation is that he was signed to keep him away from everyone else.

Actually, that is exactly why WWE signed Ricochet.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
