10 Wrestlers WWE Pushed Way Over Their Heads

5. Jinder Mahal

People have a tendency go go over the top when it comes to judging Jinder Mahal's WWE Title reign. It has been bad, but 'The Modern Day Maharaja' isn't the worst wrestler to ever hold the belt, and he has actually done well to project a star aura while holding the company's top prize. He does have some clear deficiencies, however, and they can't be ignored.

Mahal stinks between the ropes. Everything about him is average, but when the bell rings, Jinder is among the worst in the company. He moves like a superglued Action Man, sends crowds to sleep during his control segments, and even botched his finishing move at SummerSlam. WWE know this, and that's why they try to mask his flash with endless Singh Brothers interference.

Jinder was pushed as a way to capitalise on the potentially huge Indian market. No concrete data has emerged to tell us whether this has been a success or not, but his run has made him one of the most maligned performers in the world.

Sadly, 'The Maharaja' possesses few of the traits that fans want to see in a WWE Champion, and the criticism will persist until the day he drops the title.
