Former SAnitY man Eric Young has recently been pondering what WWE life might've been like had Triple H been in charge when he was there. Being brutally honest, it likely wouldn't have been much different for him. Vince McMahon wasn't wrong about everybody he refused to push.

That's not meant to be insulting to EY, it's just that he was better suited to NXT than the main roster. Hey, sometimes that's fine, and it's hardly like earning a decent living on the third brand is some terrible career choice for a veteran wrestler. Young clearly yearned for more though, and he was never gonna get it.

There's no reason to suspect he'd overachieve in 2022 either.

What would the dude do? Hang around the midcard getting slapped by everyone from Gunther to Baron Corbin? Take a page from LA Knight's book, rebrand himself and become a manager for a while? Nope, Eric is better off staying put in IMPACT Wrestling.
