10 Wrestlers WWE Will Sign In The Next 12 Months

4. Dalton Castle

Has Ring of Honor dropped the ball when it comes to Dalton Castle? The Party Peacock was one of the most popular stars in the entire company not too long ago, but the arrival and subsequent rise of CODY (née Rhodes) has seen the former Ashley Remington take on a less prominent role in the promotion.

The ROH World Championship seemed within Castle’s grasp not so long ago, but now The Charismatic Milkshake has been relegated to working multi-man matches alongside The Boys. It is somewhat superfluous in wrestling to say that ‘so and so deserves more’, but every now and then it rings true: Dalton Castle deserves more.

Would WWE fans get the full Dalton Castle experience? Maybe not, but the man behind the gimmick is more than talented to take whatever is given to him and turn it into gold. The Peacock of Professional Wrestling has a great look, and is capable of great things in the ring.

What is WWE waiting for?

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
