10 Wrestlers You Won't Believe Beat John Cena

6. Orlando Jordan

John Cena David Flair
WWE

This victory is more famous than others on this list because it took place during the build to Cena's match with JBL at WrestleMania 21. Before he was covered in police tape in TNA, Orlando Jordan was part of JBL's stable, The Cabinet.

On an episode of SmackDown one month out from WrestleMania, Jordan squared off against Cena for the United States Championship.

With a little help from his mentor (and by that, we mean a massive belt shot to the head), Jordan captured the US Title and massively knocked Cena's momentum on the way to his big match.

Jordan, who had his first ever SmackDown TV bout against Cena, held onto the US title for 173 days, which is almost a month longer than John ever held the belt.

So, by that logic, Orlando Jordan is a much better wrestler than Cena and it should have been him who beat JBL at WrestleMania. It just makes sense.

Actually, considering that this was Jordan's one and only victory over Cena and that he was let go from the company just over a year later, maybe WWE did make the right call after all.
