At WrestleMania XXX, John Cena won his match against Bray Wyatt and set the popular performer back years in his career. At WrestleMania 36, Wyatt had the chance to get his revenge, and boy did he.

In their Firefly Funhouse bout, Wyatt mercilessly ripped into Cena's history, delving into his past to drag back up some of the worst moments from his character's run in WWE. The surreal encounter concluded with Wyatt's alter-ego, The Fiend, defeating Cena and the 16-time world champion vanishing into thin air.

Cena didn't appear on WWE TV for the next 15 months until he turned up at Money in the Bank 2021 to confront Universal Champion, Roman Reigns. Did he offer any sort of explanation as to where he'd been? Or how he'd escaped the Funhouse? Well, what do you think...

The Funhouse match was never mentioned and Cena's disappearance at the end of the contest was completely overlooked.

Bray had been released from the company at this point, so it would have been hard to wrap that story up without his involvement, but Big Match John just reappearing without any explanation at all was a huge insult to Wyatt's creativity and the millions of fans who had loved the Funhouse match.
