Read about or listen to any of Daniel Bryan's comments in interviews since he returned as an active wrestler shortly before WrestleMania 34, and it's clear that he doesn't give a sh*t about upsetting anybody in WWE.

Bryan isn't flippant as such, but he does say what's on his mind and isn't afraid to talk about life after WWE. In an interview with the Gorilla Position podcast this week, he went as far to suggest that the company would find it very hard to book any feud with The Miz properly. His very words were, "What in the last several years has shown to you that something like that is possible?".

Ouch.

In the same breath, Bryan said that he didn't exactly trust creative to get it right, and he worries that the match will hot-shot onto an imminent show like SummerSlam just to plug a gap. It's pretty clear Daniel doesn't have faith in WWE's itchy trigger finger or long-term planning.
