If you haven't had the pleasure yet, then do yourself a favour and check out Jon Moxley's WWE-centric shoot on 'Talk Is Jericho'. The linked article has a wealth of information on the new AEW hire's thoughts about the WWE system. Here's another in this week's facts to tickle your fancy.

Jon, when working as Dean Ambrose, regretted showing WWE creative he had a fun-loving side.

Fairly early on in his run, Ambrose nailed a joke the writers penned for him, and they were delighted with his deadpan delivery. After that, he noticed that gags and one-liners became more prevalent in his scripts, and it started to bug him. Suddenly, Deano realised he should've nipped things in the bud.

His comedic timing became a crutch for WWE's creative team. It's why his singles runs were constantly riddled with 'wacky' humour and lame in-jokes. Moxley told Jericho that he should have made sure the first joke sucked hard so WWE didn't ask him to do any others.
